**About the role**
We're seeking an experienced **Promotional Assistant to join our team permanently** In this role, you'll work with suppliers to manage product details, handle advertising bookings, and update the Independence Australia online store. You'll also assist in creating marketing materials, catalogues, and sampling programs to drive sales and grow our product portfolio. If you're ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you
- Manage administrative tasks related to large Portfolio of Products
- Pay rate will range from $30.36 - $33.92 per hour, based on experience + SUPER and salary packaging benefits
- Work in a small but efficient team to maintain our full products range
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and up to date information
- Coordinate advertising and products submissions with relevant stakeholders
- Administrative support for internal stakeholders to produce and upload promotional content
- Review product and promotional submissions to ensure they meet required specifications
- Collaboration with key internal stakeholders to deliver crucial projects

**About you**
- Strong products administrative background preferably
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and spreadsheets
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to seeking assistance when needed
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ideally, a strong interest in or experience with E-Commerce
- Permanent residency or Citizenship
