Product Promoter

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive our product promotion.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our diverse product range, tailored to the needs of the local community and broader Melbourne market;
- Provide input on all aspects of marketing, including pricing strategies, advertising, promotions, sales activities, and distribution channels;
- Manage digital advertising across platforms such as Google, Meta, and Facebook, focusing on driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth;
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to optimise ROI and refine customer acquisition strategies;
- Assist in executing brand-building initiatives, including coordinating local sponsorships, community partnerships, and in-store promotions to enhance visibility and strengthen customer relationships;
- Deliver post-campaign and post-event reports; conduct internal reviews and propose recommendations to improve future campaigns;
- Enhance customer engagement by providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses across all communication channels;
- A Bachelor's degree or above is preferred;
- 5+ years in a marketing role (Professional experience preferred);
- A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and commercial awareness;
- Ability to work closely with the sales and purchase teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively;
- Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing, including paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, Facebook), email marketing (EDMs), SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
