This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Global Freight Forwarder located in Taren Point is seeking an Export Operator to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for the coordination of all export shipments (Air/Sea) internationally/domestically. To be an eligible applicant you must have some operations forwarding experience.
- Experience in Forwarding Operations
- CargoWise preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- A high level of Customer Service
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy and proficient data entry skills

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Receiving bookings for export shipments
- Booking freight with airlines/shipping lines
- Arranging transport/cartage
- Preparing documentation
- Liaising with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders and internal departments
