Export Operator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced export operator to handle the shipment process, from booking freight to preparing documentation.
Main Responsibilities:- Receiving bookings for export shipments
- Booking freight with airlines and shipping lines
- Coordinating transport arrangements
- Preparing accurate documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal departments
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of customer service, attention to detail, accuracy, and proficient data entry skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in export operations, preferably in air or sea trade, with CargoWise being a desirable asset.
