Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Specialist to join our team. The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and resolving issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Client Finances: Focus on medium to long-term goals and deliver tailored solutions to meet client aspirations.
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  3. Resolve Issues: Listen actively and respond promptly to client queries, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  4. Manage Documentation: Ensure compliance with legislation and policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative tasks, including records management, filing, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: A background in legal, financial planning, or client service support roles is highly regarded.
  • Sector Experience: Previous experience in the legal, financial, or government sectors is an advantage.
  • Client Support: Experience supporting community members or vulnerable clients is desirable.
  • Phone Roster: Ability to participate in a rotating phone roster, covering shifts between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • Case Management: Case management experience is a strong advantage.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
