About the role
Reporting to the Client Service Manager, this is an exciting full-time 12-month fixed-term contract (up until August 2026).
The role involves providing superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients, and current members, while supporting financial planners with administrative and operational tasks.
Process daily administration and data entry tasks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the timely processing of transactions and requests.
Respond to client enquiries via in-person, telephone, and written correspondence.
Deliver a Member First experience through effective handling of members, clients, and visitors.
Assist with general enquiries from members and visitors regarding services and products.
Your Experience
Prior client services experience in the financial sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in face-to-face client interactions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A professional phone manner.
