We're seeking expressions of interest for the role of Land Access Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the success of major fibre projects. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for managing land access issues, securing necessary permissions, and fostering positive relationships with landowners and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Land Acquisition Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring land rights and easements necessary for fibre optic projects.
- ** Negotiation and Communication**: Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure access agreements and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
- ** Permitting and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits related to land access and use.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Cultivate positive relationships with landowners, community leaders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and mitigate potential challenges.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with land access, including legal, environmental, and community relations risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Environmental Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate negotiations, or related fields, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of land use regulations, permitting processes, and environmental considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
