Responsibilities
Work alongside seniors to manage commercial projects from concept to completion
Design Development - design concepts, functional design and aesthetic development
Space Planning & test fits in line with current codes
Modelling and documentation - test fits, speculative fitouts, client presentations, tender & construction packages
FF&E selection, schedules & detailing in line with lead times and budgets
Site inspections & surveys (existing layout, services audit, furniture & storage audit)
Presentations - visualisation and communication
Qualifications
5+ years experience as an Interior Designer
Qualification in Interior Design or similar
Highly proficient with Revit
Experience with planning and designing commercial office fit outs
A creative, professional portfolio showcasing design style
Passion and desire to create modern and cutting-edge design
Great attention to detail and high-level presentations
Understanding of marketing concepts and engaging visuals
Must come from a strong design and construct background
