Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As a Receptionist you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Werribee.St Vincent's Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct.
It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.At St Vincent's Care, our Heartprint model ensures compassionate, holistic, person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging, independence, and cultural respect, creating a life filled with purpose and wellbeing.We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to resident's individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.This is a full-time role with shifts between Monday to Friday.What's on your CV is important, but what's in your heart matters more.Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us.Things that work for us:Experience in a similar role.Experience in managing HR systems preferable.High level of customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to follow directives as per care plan.Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities preferable.Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (valid within 6 months).
