I am seeking 2 Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our Brisbane office and Associate Program. This opportunity starts on March 22nd and requires a quick turnaround.

Public Sector People focus on the Local, State, Federal Government, and Non-for-profit sectors with a vision to be 'the most trusted recruitment agency in Australia. We value focus, care, honest communication, and feedback and seek trainee consultants with the same work ethic and values.

**Your Role**

**What do Public Sector People offer?**

- An L&D leader and mentor with extensive industry knowledge and experience
- Opportunities across IT, Engineering, and HR desks (previous experience in these fields is desired)

**Skills & Traits that we are looking for in our team**
- Self-drive and passion within the interview
- An ability to forward think and meet the challenges we face
- An ability to engage, actively listen and build relationships.
- Previous telesales, contact centre, customer-facing sales, client/ account management, or other sales experience.
