About the role
A new and exciting role at SV, the Payroll Adviser is a trusted adviser to the organisation, providing operational and expert advice to People Leaders and employees on all payroll related matters.
This role is a multi-facet role with its primary focus on delivering timely and accurate fortnightly payroll and maintaining and continuously improving appropriate systems to ensure efficient and reliable service, integrity and accuracy of data.
About you
You will bring your growth mindset and agility to pivot between exciting different focus areas, leveraging your strong inhouse payroll experience into setting up this position for future success. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate proficiency in establishing and maintaining employee records in payroll / HR system, and be a proactive problem solver.
**In addition**:
- Minimum 3 years practical experience across in-house payroll services and administration
- Thorough understanding of Awards, Agreements and related payroll legislation
