**Immunology Account Manager NSW South + ACT**

As our new Immunology Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with customers across your assigned territory to drive adoption of our Immunology therapies, and meet the needs of patients.

Key to your success in this role will be bringing a winning mindset to every interaction. Your positive attitude and ability to engage and build meaningful customer relationships with assigned customers across the Immunology area, demonstrate in-depth scientific and clinical expertise of your products, operate with outstanding cross-functional skills and teamwork will be essential.

It is an expectation of this role that there will be travel to service customers within the territory and regional areas as well as to attend business meetings. Interstate travel may be required from time to time.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES & ACCOUNTABILTIES**
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products to targeted specialist customers
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with targeted specialist customers and other specialist prescribers as needed;
- Understand customer needs through proficient use of Value Based Selling and Institutional Selling;
- Understand and clearly communicate product and clinical material with credibility and confidence and ensure your clinical expertise remains current and in line with company requirements;
- Develop and successfully execute your Territory Business Plan (which will include plans for your assigned specialist accounts);
- Plan and implement programs within the territory to create awareness for your product. These will be multi-channel programs including face to face, virtual/e-interactions, Peer to Peer programs and OCE;
- Ensure financial and commercial analysis of the territory is effective and appropriate, and manage the territory to maintain profitability;
- Ensure KOL and TL action plan for the territory is supported in field;
- Operate with high integrity with customers at all times, including adherence to the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and Lilly's internal ethical processes and policies;
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and effective manner;
- Promote the image of Lilly in disease state areas;
- Be a strong team player and work collaboratively alongside all Lilly colleagues;
- Lead the organisation and running of specific education initiatives (e.g. speaker meetings, webinars, etc.) to address customer needs and promote the products.

**ENVIRONMENT & POSITION CHALLENGES**
- The role requires a high level of expertise of the Immunology community including Dermatology and Rheumatology;
- There is an expectation that expert technical knowledge of Dermatology and Rheumatology is needed in order to be of value to decision makers to ensure patient safety is paramount
- A high level skillset in account management is critical to ensure resources are maximized with a geographic area.
- Collaborating with colleagues across teams will be required in building the right networks and adding value to our customers.

**BASIC REQUIREMENT & KEY COMPETENCIES**

Basic Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Business, Nursing or related discipline is essential.
- Demonstrated experience and strong success in a Specialty Sales role with similar complexity in the Pharmaceutical Industry is essential.
- Proven experience in the Immunology therapy area including Dermatology or Rheumatology is preferred.
