We're now looking for a Warehouse Lead who's ready to step up, take ownership, and make a real difference leading our warehouse team.Why this role mattersAs Warehouse Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to every day.
You'll create a safe, efficient, and positive environment while keeping operations running smoothly.
Success in this role isn't about how many years you've worked in warehousing; it's about being hands-on, organised, and passionate about leading people.What success looks likeYour team feels supported, trained, and motivated.Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time, every time.Stock is accurate, safe, and compliant.Safety isn't just a box to tick; it's part of the culture you build.Customers and internal teams trust you to respond quickly and get things done.What you'll bringExperience leading or supervising in a warehouse or logistics environment.A current Forklift Licence (Reach Truck experience a bonus).
Experience working with the storage and handling of Dangerous Goods (would be an advantage).
Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork.A "can do" attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.MYOB or similar system knowledge (helpful but not essential).
