">Job Description:

Oversee warehouse operations at a Canning Vale site, leading shifts and creating a positive team culture. Ensure efficient execution of warehouse tasks, adhere to values and procedures, and champion safety.

  • Lead the shift to ensure timely and complete warehouse operations, upholding Metcash's principles and guidelines.
  • Create a supportive team environment through guidance, training, and feedback, promoting staff motivation and well-being.
  • Advocate for workplace safety, enforcing OHS guidelines and promptly addressing incidents.
  • Monitor and control warehouse costs, striving for operational efficiency within budget constraints.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in FMCG operations, strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of OHS and HACCP regulations, and a commitment to workplace safety.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:

  • Experience in FMCG operations, with a focus on process optimization and cost control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of OHS and HACCP regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
