We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including overseeing inbound goods and distribution processes.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation, planning and supervision of the warehouse team at our Malaga and Osborne Park Warehouses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervisory support to direct reports
  • Organising installations
  • Picking and packing of orders
  • Loading/unloading of trucks & containers
  • Managing inward and outward deliveries
  • Manage day to day activities in the warehouse
  • Ensuring company procedures are being followed at all times
  • Ensuring all goods are picked and available for despatch within agreed timelines
  • Maintaining high standards of occupational health & safety through ensuring the correct safety measures are taken, correct tools are used and that the Warehouse always remains tidy and without hazards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes:

  • A valid WA driver's license (Manual preferred)
  • Forklift licence (preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in pressure situations
  • Punctuality
  • Proficient problem solver
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader (desirable)
