At our facilities, we provide industry-leading resident care that encourages independence. Our Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) support elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across various shifts.
Our team delivers compassionate, resident-centric care by working closely with nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams. The attached position description outlines specific duties and responsibilities.
About the Role
We seek individuals with a passion for making a difference in elderly care. Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in aged care and possess:
- Excellent safety awareness to prevent falls and injuries
- A positive team attitude, strong work ethic, and good time management
- Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, or current nursing students with placements in aged care
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
