Location : St. Paul's, Caboolture - QLD
Part Time Fixed-Term contract positions are available to cover Maternity Leave.
Remuneration: $31.10 to $33.94 per hour + Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About The Role:

• Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
• Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
• Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
• Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
• Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.

About You:

• Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
• Must have experience in Aged Care or in a similar role
• First Aid Certificate (desirable)
• Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be available to work at least one of the below shift patterns in full

Available Positions & Fixed Fortnightly Shift Rosters: (Applicants willing to transition to Casual employment after the contract period.)
We will only be able to consider applicants who are available to work at least one of the fixed shift rosters listed below in full.

Postion 1 - 42 hrs/fortnight | Contract: 18 Aug - 30 Nov 2025 (3-month Part Time Fixed-Term)
Week 1: Friday: 6:30am-1:30pm | Saturday & Sunday: 2:15pm-9:00pm
Week 2: Wednesday: 10:00pm-6:15am | Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm | Saturday: 4:00pm-9:00pm

Postion 2 - 56 hrs/fortnight | Contract: 18 Aug - 14 Oct 2025 (2-month Part Time Fixed-Term)
Week 1: Tuesday: 2:15pm-10:15pm | Thursday & Sunday: 6:30am-2:00pm |Friday & Saturday: 6:00am-2:30pm
Week 2: Friday & Saturday: 6:00am-2:30pm | Sunday: 6:30am-1:30pm

Postion 3- 35 hrs/fortnight | Contract: 18 Aug 2025 - 9 Mar 2026 (7-month Part Time Fixed-Term)
Week 1: Wednesday & Friday: 6:30am-2:00pm
Week 2: Wednesday & Friday: 6:30am-2:00pm | Sunday: 2:15pm-9:00pm
