**About the role**:
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you'll play a vital role in helping our participants achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. In this role, you'll develop recovery-enabling relationships with participants, coaching them in recovery planning and coordination of supports. From facilitating one-on-one support at their residences to managing administrative tasks remotely, you'll be instrumental in their progress.
You'll also connect participants with mainstream or community services, monitor their NDIS budget, and assist them with plan reviews. Your function is to enhance an individual's recovery skills, and fostering their motivation, resilience, and decision-making abilities. Overall, you'll be instrumental in their journey towards self-sufficiency.
There are shifts available from Monday
- Friday in between the hours of 8am-8pm, you will be required to travel across Perth to support a minimum of 8 participants.
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload at a minimum of 8 participants up to a maximum of 30 participants.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet specific deadlines.
- Confidence to provide face to face services.
- Engaging the participant in our company Recovery Coaching Plus Program, which provides participants with an opportunity to engage in a leading-edge program focused on their individual journey.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise comprehensive case notes as well as completing progress reports as per NDIS requirements.

**Compliance Requirements (must hold or be willing to obtain)**:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health or bachelor's degree in psychology/related field (including currently studying) OR 1 year of experience in the mental health sector/related field.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Evidence of COVID booster vaccination or valid medical exemption.
- Minimum probationary driver's license and fully comprehensive car insurance
- COVID-19 Training and Infection Control Certificate.
- NDIS Orientation Certificate.
