Navigating Support Needs in Disability Services
This role involves working closely with individuals who have disabilities to empower them in managing their care plans and making informed decisions about their support needs. As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you will be responsible for assisting clients in developing personalized strategies to achieve their goals.
- Relevant qualifications in disability services, such as a Certificate III, IV or Diploma
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance
- In-depth understanding of the disability sector, including current trends and best practices
- Proven experience in case management, including facilitating personal planning processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with NDIS requirements and procedures
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
