Job Title: Psychosocial Recovery Coach

The Role of a Psychosocial Recovery Coach involves making a positive impact in the lives of individuals living with psychosocial disabilities. As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in helping participants achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

You will develop recovery-enabling relationships with participants, coaching them in recovery planning and coordination of supports. This includes facilitating one-on-one support, managing administrative tasks remotely, and connecting participants with mainstream or community services.

Your function is to enhance an individual's recovery skills, fostering their motivation, resilience, and decision-making abilities. To achieve this, you will assist participants with plan reviews, monitor their progress, and provide comprehensive case notes as well as completing progress reports as per NDIS requirements.

Industry leading training through our Recovery Coaching Plus Program will enable you to develop and enhance specific position-related techniques. Additionally, you will be required to possess excellent written communication skills for clear and concise case notes.
