**We are looking for a passionate and committed, experienced Centre Manager to lead the team at our beautiful Riverwalk Werribee Centre.**

**We are looking for an experienced centre manager with a high level of business acumen and the skills to lead a large centre and team of educators.**

**Skills and experience**
- Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's services
- Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
- Previous experience in driving change
- Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

**Salary**: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
