Redpath Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Australia's fastest growing retail investors and managers. To date our client has acquired and managed over $1.7 billion in retail property investments across the East coast of Australia.
Due to a recent centre acquisition, a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to manage a strong performing sub - regional asset located in the outer south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Reporting directly into the Regional Asset Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team of Marketing, Operations and Administration staff
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and community groups
- Managing performance of tenants and their leases
- Managing operational and capital expenditure budgets
- Driving non -lease income
- Maintaining effective debtor control
- Overseeing capital work projects
To be successful in this role you will have more than 3-5 + years centre management experience in a shopping centre and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of the key fundamentals of a shopping centre environment.
