A leading retail company with a national presence is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, using the latest ERP systems to process invoices and payments.

**Your new role**

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Matching, batching and coding invoices using ERP systems
- Processing payments to suppliers and reconciling statements
- Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions
- Assisting with month-end closing and reporting
- Will be working on invoicing for the distribution centre

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
