Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia Brophy Family & Youth Services Full time

Be the link that changes lives
Every person's journey with housing is different but what makes the HSL programs unique is how we walk alongside people, no matter where they're starting from. It might begin with a conversation during outreach or a knock at the door of someone's public housing unit. What matters most is how quickly trust is built.
Our teams are skilled at creating that connection through fast rapport, unconditional positive regard, and a deep knowledge of local services. We don't work in isolation; we work together, as a multidisciplinary team, advocating for people and linking them to the supports that make a real difference.
It's not just about housing, it's about helping people feel seen, supported, and part of a community. And that's what makes this work matter
