  • Permanent Full Time
  • You will support our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
  • Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
  • Your shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with 77/75 fortnightly split
  • Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
  • You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive change

in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

  • Salary benefits and conditions based on the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria , with membership to HACSU (Health and Community Services Union)

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Cert IV in Disability or equivalent
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
