Paw Principality is a unique pet boutique located in North Melbourne. We are passionate about raw feeding, pet nutrition, and chemical free treatments.

We support hand made accessories and other local businesses. We strongly believe that Australian Locally made products are the best.

**WHAT WE DO**:
**Raw feed**:
We only stock Australian, human grade, locally farmed, fresh frozen preservative free meats. Our freezers have a large range of high quality Certified Organic options for our animals.

**Treats**:
We only stock high quality Australian treats sourced from local licensed businesses and home made treats made with love.

**Nutrition**:
We stock Australian chemical free treatments and supplements as well as working alongside holistic vets.

**Accessories**:
We only stock the highest quality of accessories, clothing and toys that we hand-picked and tested ourselves at affordable prices, including officially licensed products/brands. Perfect for taking photos or just showing a bit of personality in your fur baby.

**Fun**:
Get involve with our social media and interact with the furry ones that come in store.

**Your role**:
We are looking for friendly, pet loving individuals who can assist in like-minded people providing useful information with helpful, exceptional service over the phone, online and face to face in store.

Responsibilities/requirements include:

- Exceptional levels of customer service
- Pet Retail experience is a must
- Holistic pet well being knowledge preferred
- Reliable
- General pet product knowledge (including raw feeding)
- Puntual
- Minor clerical work
- Register operations
- Providing nutrition information
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to move stock within the store up to 20kg
