We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Placement Support Officer to join our team.

***The Role**:
As the Student Placement Support Officer you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the student placements for various student disciplines undertaking placements at ACH Group sites, in this full time role based from Mile End.

You will be the key liaison with training providers, internal stakeholders / various ACH Group sites and students undertaking meaningful and valuable student placement experiences.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement operational systems and processes for the student placement programs
- Coordinate administrative processes and operational components of student placements
- Communicate with students/training providers regarding their training and schedules
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Gather data and contribute to student placement reporting
- Other administration tasks to support the Student Placement team

***About you**:

- High level of initiative and a problem solver
- Ability to coordinate various activities and schedule multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding customer service and time management skills to ensure our students, educators and staff are supported throughout the student placement/s
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to plan ahead and adapt to changes
- High level of computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
