An exciting opportunity has become available for a qualified vet nurse to take on a practice manager role at a well-equipped cat clinic in Melbourne.

This supportive and friendly team are proudly cat obsessed and take pride in providing exceptional care to their feline patients.

As practice manager, some of the responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, stock control and bookkeeping, rostering and scheduling.

This role also involves nursing, and training and directing nurses in all aspects of medical nursing (running pathology, obtaining bloods, etc). Exceptional communication skills are highly advantageous.

Applicants must be qualified (Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent), and possess a minimum of two years' paid full time experience working as a veterinary nurse.

The practice is located a 40 minute drive from Melbourne's CBD and is within walking distance to a train station. This is a quiet, leafy residential area with a large park just across the road and a shopping centre close by.
