- Maintenance requests
- Liaising with contractors and assisting residents with minor maintenance repairs
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitorsCarrying out general maintenance and repairs; This may include patching and painting, replacing light globes and all aspects of basic building maintenance

**About You**:

- A relevant trade qualification or demonstrated handyman experience
- Knowledge of correct manual handling procedures
- A sound understanding of aged care and the principles guiding this sector
- General computer skillsAustralian Working Rights
