We've got the heart of a small business with the strength and support of a big business.When you join Metcash, your work makes a real difference to independent businesses and local communities, empowering you to:Grow your career with tailored development programsThrive your way with flexible work optionsMake your mark in a high-performing, values-led teamAbout The OpportunityWe're looking for a strategic and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning experiences that build core capability, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning.You'll lead a small team, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and shape onboarding and compliance training across the organisation.In this RoleLead the development and execution of our enterprise learning strategyDesign and deliver blended learning programs aligned to business prioritiesManage and optimise our LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and engagingOversee compliance and mandatory training, ensuring legal and internal standards are metDesign structured onboarding experiences that drive early engagement and performanceUse data and AI-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomesPartner with internal stakeholders and external experts to co-design impactful learning solutionsCoach and develop a high-performing team of learning professionalsYou're Likely a Match If You HaveProven experience in end-to-end learning consulting and instructional designStrong background in compliance, and capability developmentProficiency in LMS administration (e.g., Articulate) and AI-enhanced learning toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA track record of leading high-performing teamsStrong project management and analytical skillsA flexible, adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous improvementA relevant degree in HR, Business, or Education (highly desirable)What's On OfferWe're proud to offer a workplace that supports your well-being, growth, and belonging:?
