The Head of Wholesale will lead sales and commercial operations in market, including wholesale, distributor and eCommerce with overall P&L accountability for the region.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with senior management, this role will drive regional growth for the business.
- Lead the regional team, managing wholesale, distributor and online sales in APAC region
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue and margin budgets for the APAC region
- Set the localized promotional strategy, working with the marketing and buying teams
- Lead the expansion of our direct to customer and marketplace operations into new markets
- Manage and make recommendation on stock, range, promotions and pricing, working with the marketing and merchandising teams
- Manage and expand distributor relationships into new markets
- Develop wholesale relationships with regional retail customers, delivering strong account management, visual merchandising and training
- Focus on customer experience to deliver high and growing NPS
- Live and breathe our online store, working with marketing and technology teams to optimize the customer experience

Experience Required:

- Strong experience leading wholesale and distributor sales teams in Australia and internationally, eCommerce and digital experience
Proven P&L leadership experience
- Knowledge of the wholesale and retail environment.
- Project management skills Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
