Based in our **Support Centre** in Milton, you will be joining a friendly team of various departments that are all there to support the wider Lutheran Services organisation make a difference in the lives of many people every day

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join us in a Part Time capacity with various flexibility options available for 30.4 hours (4 days) per week. This role is vital in providing assistance and support to the Director, Chaplaincy & Ministry Development.

This role will also:

- Coordinate regular and ad hoc Chaplaincy meetings by arranging and booking all meetings including catering, agendas, scheduling teleconferences and other offsite meetings as required.
- Process all invoices and purchase orders.
- Manage the electronic filing system, for all Chaplains across Lutheran Services
- Collate data and prepare reports to facilitate informed decision making and planning
- Support the Director of Chaplaincy with the onboarding of new Chaplains as required.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Ability to self manage and priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills and excellent data entry skills.

Previous experience working in a Not for Profit and/or values based organisation is highly desireable.
