We have a position for an enthusiastic and motivated Belt Splicer who is a keen learner to start at our Sydney Office in Prestons.

**Responsibilities**:
Belt splicing, repairs, maintenance and installations of fabric, and solid woven belt;
Identify common belt damage/faults and determine method of repair;
Conduct conveyor belt maintenance tasks such as roller changes, roller frame change-out and repairs, skirt replacement and maintaining belt cleaners
installing mechanical splice materials and assembling vulcanizing equipment
Safety and quality compliance.

Must Haves:
A strong commitment to safety and quality;
Valid Driver's Licence; and
Willingness to work outside of hours as required.

Nice to Haves:
WH&S Construction Induction (White Card)
Forklift License

7.6 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
Overtime

**Salary**: $71136

Supplemental pay types:
Annual bonus
Overtime pay

Work Location: One location and at Various Site

**Salary**: $31.20 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PRESTONS, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
