Responsibilities

We are looking for Project Leaders to join our team responsible for ERP implementation projects.
As a Project Leader, you will be the single point of contact for customers/clients, leading projects from start to finish.
You will be based in our Australian office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.
Your role will involve but not limited to:
Analyzing customer needs and business requirements
Suggesting business flows before implementing solutions
Managing projects from initiation to completion, onboarding users on time and within budget
Implementing our Odoo business software and delivering tailored training
Growing your expertise to provide customers with functional assistance
Collaborating with Odoo's developers to meet specific customer requirements, and working with the sales team in pre- and post-sales phases
Supporting the growth of our partner network to become Odoo experts

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Comfort with software and IT
Excellent analysis and communication skills
1-3 years of relevant experience
Genuine interest in software and IT
Ability to master a complex product
Experience with various industries
A strong desire to learn
