Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management and delivery of critical projects within our Strategic Portfolio. Your expertise will be utilized to ensure seamless project execution, from concept planning to service delivery phase.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Initiating and facilitating project delivery by managing projects from concept planning to service delivery phase.
  2. Coordinating project teams to meet multi-discipline project activities, including external planning/design and engineering consultancies as required within specified timeframes.
  3. Providing high-level specialist technical advice and recommendations to various sections of planning and infrastructure projects within defined programs.
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, agreements, standards, policies, and processes are applied and adhered to in projects.
  5. Investigating, analyzing, and problem-solving project technical issues to arrive at fit-for-purpose solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Project Management or equivalent knowledge coupled with experience in complex programs and projects of high value.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects.
  • Ability to deliver complex reports supported by robust data analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks in a complex project environment.
