As a seasoned leader, we are seeking a highly organized and driven project manager to oversee cross-functional projects within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Drive execution and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to maintain project transparency and momentum.
Risk Management
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Effectively manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.
  • Optimize allocation of personnel, tools, and materials to ensure efficient project delivery.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor project progress and performance against KPIs and key milestones.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and team workflows.
  • Support standardization efforts and best practice sharing across projects.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in project management, a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile or Scrum Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
