**About the role**
The Running Main Work List Development Officer (RMWLDO) is responsible for the co-ordination and management of the assigned Project(s) Main Work List from Stage Gate 2 to close out. Reporting to the Project Manager and supporting the wider production team, this role** **leads scope control activities including inclusion of new and emergent work into Main Work List and for co-ordination of approvals to cancel or defer work.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Maintenance data management within Asset Management and Planning Systems (AMPS);
- Raise new tasks or modify existing tasks in AMPS to support new or emergent work;
- Ensure all relevant tasks are up to date in each EMP package;
- Co-ordinate risk assessments and administrative actions to cancel or defer tasks;
- Publish Work Lists weekly or as required to support project requirements;
- Recommend changes to the maintenance policy and update the Maintenance Management Plan; and
- Identify risks associated with the delivery of sustainment to the ANZAC Class.
**About you**
- Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent level of experience;
- Strong AMPS experience including AMPS Planner Level 85 Qualification;
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder engagement;
- Gather, manipulate and analyse data to support sound reporting and decisive strategies;
- Experience in maintenance planning within heavy engineering or defence;
- Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Australian Defence NV1 Security Clearance;
- Eligible for access to International Traffic in Arms Regulated (ITAR) data; and
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
