**The Client**:
Our client is a large cluster of the Government that is looking for an experience Property professional to lead the management of their Property team

**Your role will include**:

- Lead the departments property team
- Develop and implement the overarching Property strategy
- Identify business and growth opportunities
- Ensure Property operations abide by government legislation
- Support high quality, professional service delivery
- Manage relative stakeholders

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Government Property is highly desirable
- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong stakeholder experience
- A proactive approach to government Property and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
