I am partnering with a leading provider of property related services. This company is specialising in commercial, retail, industrial, office and residential services. They are well established with a presence over 60 years within the market, they are highly reputable and renowned for their team of highly-skilled professionals across Australia. This company has a strong growth trajectory, year on year.

**The Role**

As the Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for executing best in class property and facilities services through the day-to-day contribution of a portfolio of assets located in central Wollongong.

Duties will include:

- To provide superior Property Management of properties under management and a high level of service to the tenants.
- Ensure delivery of high-level service, minimise arrears, maximise property income and actively prepare the delivery of the operating.
- Routine building and estate inspections with the Facilities team.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships and ensure tenant satisfaction with the goal of validating vacancy.
- Determine and monitor budgets, expenses and income of each property.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Key liaison with the Facilities management team, finance arm, other operational personnel and tenants to ensure proper control and service delivery on a day-to-day basis.

This is a full-time position which would suit an experienced Property Manager who is seeking to work amongst highly skilled professionals within the property industry. - Substantial experience within property management, ideally in commercial
- Previous experience with a private owner, or institutional experience desirable
- Opportunity for an individual to transition from Residential property management (will be given the opportunity for mentorship)
- Exceptionally communication skills, verbal and written
- Commercially minded with a hands-on approach
- Tertiary qualification in relevant area and Agents Representative check (will consider applicants that are willing to become qualified)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and interpersonal
- Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and vendors
- Experience using Cirrus 8 is a bonus
