**- As Canva's Talent Program Lead, you will have the opportunity to refine Canva's early career programs and build some of Canva's first re-emerging program like, returnships or career switcher programs. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, as well as external partners this role will be fundamental to achieving Canva's diversity goals and help shape the future of Canva's workforce.- To be truly successful in this role you'll be empathetic, flexible, and fallible. You'll listen actively and always seek to understand, adapting your strategies to suit Canva's needs. You'll be unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate and improve on our processes and frameworks. You'll be passionate about building global and scalable world-class recruiting practices with a constant eye on building for the future.- #LI-SK1**What you'd be doing in this role**:
- Lead, engage, encourage, and develop a team of 4 impactful recruiters and program managers. Set clear expectations and enable them to develop positive relationships with their hiring managers and act as trusted advisors to the groups and specialties they support
- Provide mentorship and coaching to your team, giving structure and guidance to empower Canvanauts on your team to grow and thrive in their roles
- You will assess existing programs and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with the Talent Agility Lead to identify key recruiting and program metrics for Canva and work with the team to build and operationalize programs to drive improvements
- Track and report on key data to measure impact and effectiveness of programs and projects. Collect ongoing feedback to improve learning experiences and programs
- Evaluate, streamline, and improve current recruiting tools, technologies, and processes
- Design, implement and measure diversity sourcing and partnership initiatives while collaborating with key cross-functional partners.
- Influence, handle relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative internal ecosystem of partners in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, People Analytics and Technical business team members
- Partner across the business to implement strategic recruiting initiatives such as interviewer training, employee referrals and talent branding
- Work closely with Canva's People team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires into the company

- You have significant experience being responsible for recruiting and talent programs like early talent programs at a high-growth technology company
- You have deep experience leading a team of recruiters and program managers
- You have the ability to take a longer-term strategic view but also operationally implement solutions that deliver on agreed metrics
- You have experience building out a programs team and engaging effectively with a recruiting team to deliver agreed results
- You love to work in an open and collaborative environment, where you'll be coordinating and communicating with teams around the world.
