Key Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction

  • Develop initiatives to increase diverse representation at our workplace.
  • Support hiring leaders through tailored recruitment processes for diverse applicants.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline and train hiring leaders on inclusive recruitment practices.

Engagement & Retention

  • Implement culturally inclusive hiring practices, with attention to onboarding processes and targeted career mentoring.
  • Coordinate a team member network.
  • Support the implementation of a cultural growth framework, including cultural capability training.

Career Development

  • Build a talent pathway through graduate programs and other employment opportunities.
  • Increase opportunities in existing development programs and develop targeted learning & development initiatives.
  • Identify future talent in collaboration with leaders and establish internal systems to track and support these team members.

Requirements

  • A strong track record in human resources or recruitment.
  • Experience in implementing diversity strategies that prioritise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
