**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for enthusiastic all-rounders with a variety of experience to work within our main production kitchen. The Food Service Assistant role is to ensure a high standard of all meal services are provided to residents, staff, and the wider community.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring customer needs and dietary requirements are met and updated on residents' records.
- Maintaining high standards of personal and operational hygiene practices.
- Maintaining adequate supplies of beverages, food, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and consumables.
- Performing general cleaning of service kitchen, dining room and equipment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
- Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable).
- Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to operate in a team environment.
