general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of

District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licenced beds, bays

Position
Description: The Senior Food Service Assistant
participates and assists in food preparation and
distribution.
This role
also provides supervision and support to Menu Assistants and Food
Services Attendants ensuring highest standards of hygiene and food
handling are maintained in all food preparation, production and
holding areas in accordance with HACCP and Food Safety
requirements.
