Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.
About the Role
Taken from 'Purpose of the role' and 'Context and Delegations' sections of the Role Description:

- Reporting to the Digital Training Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Queensland Digital Academy (QDA) in facilitating training activities throughout Metro North Health. This role centres on assisting QDA in delivering digital programs across all streams within Metro North Health. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating resources, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of training delivery.

Key knowledge and experience
**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Provide responsive and customer-focused support to Metro North Health as part of the QDA team.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to procurement, including ordering goods and services, managing stock, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for QDA meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and confidential minute-taking.
- Acquire proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other digital systems to provide administrative support across digital training teams.
- Prioritise workflow and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets, including data entry and report generation.
