Whether you're starting your retail journey or looking to grow into leadership, you'll be part of a culture that values individuality, rewards performance, and empowers you to make your mark (in your kicks of course)With over 900 stores and 8,000 team members across Australia and New Zealand, Accent Group's Payroll team plays a key role in making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.If you would like to be part of a high-energy, supportive team in a fast-growing retail business, we're looking for a Payroll Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves the challenge of delivering accurate, on-time payroll while supporting our people with a smile.What you'll be doing:Processing end-to-end payroll across fortnightly and monthly cycles for a diverse portfolio of brands.Ensuring accuracy of payroll data, including leave, overtime, back-payments, and terminations.Partnering with managers and team members to resolve payroll queries quickly and with care.Maintaining up-to-date payroll records and reports.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver smooth payroll operations.What we're looking for:3+ years' payroll experience, ideally in a high-volume or retail environment.Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards (retail award a plus), and compliance.Hands-on experience with Chris21 / iChris and/or Dayforce highly regarded.Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.An organised, detail-driven problem-solver with a "make it happen" attitude.Be part of a vibrant business behind leading footwear and apparel brands.Work with a collaborative and supportive Payroll team.Access to generous team member discounts across our iconic brands.Grow your career with learning and development opportunities in a business that's always evolving.If you're ready to bring your payroll expertise to a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you
