Product Manager to manage selected capabilities that range from bespoke software to ICT infrastructure.

The Product Manager will typically, but not exclusively, manage the development, enhancement, sustainment and implementation of enterprise wide capabilities to meet evolving customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, management and delivery of new capability and system enhancements, including supporting documentation.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver against the product roadmap and sustainment activities.
- Influence the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures, including contract and relationship management.
- Codification and Transfer of knowledge relating to activities/work undertaken under this contract to Commonwealth Officers.

**Skills Required**:

- Product Management Certification (e.g. SCRUM Product Manager or AIPMM) desirable

- Performs highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects.
- Creatively applies a wide range of technical and/or management principles.
- Absorbs complex information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understands the implications of new technologies.
- Understands and communicates industry developments, and the role and impact of technology in the employing organisation.
- Initiates creation of new products.
- Oversees one or more products or services, monitoring and modifying elements of the marketing mix (the product and its features, the communications strategy, distribution channels and prices).
- Accountable for product profitability and customer satisfaction over time.
- Identifies how new products may create new markets and identifies how to adapt existing products to new markets.
