Product Management Specialist Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to provide solutions and services for airports, airlines, and air travel products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support retailing transformation of the travel industry by delivering orders and airport experience of the future
  • Enable travel experience, operational efficiency, and brand differentiation for airlines with customer & journey centricity
In This Role You'll:
  • Be responsible for and owning the user interface, digital & retailing enablement of the delivery management portfolio
  • Understand the industry, market, customers, competitors, and potential partners
  • Build a deep product & portfolio knowledge
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Pilot requirement gathering, product design, build, delivery & implementation with engineering and project teams
  • Monitor your product success
  • Opportunity management: value hypothesis definition & validation
  • Building or keeping up-to-date financial business cases
  • Contributing to innovation with engineering teams
  • Driving go-to-market strategy with product marketing team and empowering sales, accounts, and solution teams to confidently promote your products
  • OWNING THE PRODUCT PART OF THE PORTFOLIO BUSINESS CASE
  • Contribute to a global product management practice
  • Build relationship with key internal & external stakeholders (industry, partner, customers)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or 10+ years in related roles (e.g., product owner)
  • Strong understanding of agile and safe methodologies, and hands-on experience working within agile release trains (product owner, scrum master, agile coach)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Eager to learn, about complex ecos-systems and solutions, drive internal & external discussions and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable switching between high-level strategic and detailed functional solutions discussions
  • Experience in software product design is a plus
  • Self-learner and proactive
