**Product Owner - SaaS | Hybrid**

Are you a Product Owner ready to make a real impact in a SAAS company building new products for Healthcare?

This company are looking for additional team member to optimise their product development and delivery processes.

**About the Role**:
As a Product Owner, you'll work closely with the internal Software Development Team, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your focus will be on ensuring a clear product vision while prioritising and clearing a backlog of tickets, enhancing the user experience, and driving the next phase of the product roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the software development team to define and drive user acceptance criteria and Behavioural-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage and refine a product backlog, ensuring tickets are cleared efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the product meets and exceeds user expectations.
- Analyse performance metrics and feedback to continuously enhance the product's functionality and usability.

**Experience required**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Hands-on experience with user acceptance criteria, BDD, and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise and manage a dynamic backlog of tickets and projects.
- Strong ability to collaborate with development teams and communicate effectively across departments.
