We are seeking an appropriately experienced **Mask Fit Testers **for these full-time, ongoing positions. Supporting the Ambulance Victoria Respiratory Protection Program (RPP), the Mask Fit Tester is responsible for infield testing and adequate fitting of P2/N95 masks for operational employees and being the reference point for advice on individual optimum brand, model, and size to support employee health and wellbeing.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Lead, Safety Programs, responsibilities include (not limited to):

- Provide guidance, support, and instruction to employees as to the first point of call on issues relating to fit, wearing, and use of P2/N95 respirators and upload staff fit testing results into the online Fit Testing Portal
- Communicate with stakeholders across regional and metro areas to effectively organise administration, logistics and scheduling of fit testing
- Assist with respirator risk assessments together with key health and safety stakeholders
- Work closely with the Lead, Safety Programs to develop respirator options for staff when alternatives are required

**About you**
- Qualification in CNC QNFT (Ambient Aerosol Condensation Nuclei Counter Quantitative Fit Testing) (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously in accordance with the established procedures, guidelines, and policy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
- A current Victorian Driver Licence
