Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mask Fit Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory protection program, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective fit of P2/N95 masks for operational employees.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a current Victorian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct infield testing and provide guidance on individual optimum brand, model, and size to support employee health and wellbeing.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across regional and metro areas to effectively organise administration, logistics and scheduling of fit testing.
  • Assist with respirator risk assessments together with key health and safety stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in CNC QNFT (Ambient Aerosol Condensation Nuclei Counter Quantitative Fit Testing) (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.
  • A current Victorian Driver Licence.
